Glamptech Agro Process Pvt. Ltd manufactures Dry Fractionation Plant. Glamptech Agro Process Pvt. Ltd. Provides service in continuous solvent extraction/vegetable oil refining and allied industries. The Dry Fractionation Plant is made to produce high quality olein and stearin. This fractionation plant is custom designed to achieve selective crystallization of different tryglycerides in edible oil. Glamptech Dry Fractionation plant can help in producing stable and filterable crystals giving out a product to fit various standards and quality requirements. The Dry Fractionation system is designed to process crude, pre-treated or RBD palm oil. This makes the entire process simpler with no environmentally hazardous waste produced.
The process consists of 5 stages:
Crystallizers are fitted with double row of circular cooling coil and a variable speed multi-stage agitator. Crystallizers are designed with a large cooling surface area to ensure that the build-up of crystals does not occur. The variable speed agitator contributes to gentle agitation and keeps the oil mass moving without allowing stagnation close to the cooling coil. On request, Glamptech can offer Dry Fractionation system with a computerized distributed control system tailor-made to client’s requirements. Filtration can be done either with a Rotary Drum Vacuum filter, or a membrane filter press.
